Boozy Affogato
End your meal the Italian way with this Boozy Affogato recipe courtesy of She Knows! This boozy dessert/drink with hazelnut liqueur will definitely be a favorite, you can even make it stronger with a bit of vodka or rum.

                - 1 scoop vanilla gelato
 - 60 ml espresso
 - 20 ml hazelnut liqueur
 - 20 ml bourbon

    Instructions
    
                - Place a scoop of gelato into each glass. Place the glasses in the freezer for a few minutes.
 - Remove the glasses from the freezer. Pour hot espresso on top of the gelato. Top with hazelnut liqueur, bourbon, and cacao nibs, as desired.
