Chicken Pakora Recipe
In this recipe, the marinated chicken is dipped in a spicy batter and deep fried. Follow this easy recipe to make some delicious chicken pakora and serve it hot with mint chutney or ketchup.

Ingredients
- 250 gm of Boneless Chicken
- 6-7 garlic pods
- 2.5 cm of ” ginger piece
- 1/4 tbsp of white pepper powder
- 1/4 tbsp of red chilli powder
- 1/4 tbsp of Salt
- 1/2 tbsp of garam masala
- 1 tbsp of coriander powder
- 2 tbsp of Lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of Gram Flour
- 2 tbsp of Refined Flour
- 2 tbsp of Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder
- 1/4 tbsp of Salt
- 1/2 tbsp of garam masala
- Oil

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste. Add the remaining ingredients and mix it well again.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the batter (gram flour,refined flour,lemon juice,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala) and beat thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan. Dip the marinated chicken piece in the batter and deep-fry until crisp and golden brown.
- Serve it hot.
