Instructions
  1. Break the chocolate into a bowl and place over a saucepan. Add a little water to the saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. The bottom of the bowl shouldn’t touch the simmering water.
  2. Using a ladle, fill the Easter egg mould with melted chocolate and make sure the entire mould is covered with chocolate and let it set.
  3. Once the chocolate halves are firm, remove and stick the two egg halves together. Place in the fridge for a final 10 minutes to completely set. Design the eggs as desired.
