Egg Roll Wrapper Recipe

- 2 cups of AP flour plus extra for dusting
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Sift flour, salt and sugar into a bowl.
- Beat egg and water together thoroughly in another bowl.
- Make a well in the flour and add the egg and water mixture.
- Stir until completely combined. The dough will be sticky.
- Lightly flour your hands and your work surface.
- Knead dough a few minutes until it is smooth. Around 3 - 5 minutes should do it.
- Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator for a good 1/2 hour.
- Return dough to your work surface.
- Roll each individually into a square or circle based on your filling.
- Use them as you would the store-bought ones.
