Ingredients
- 1 packet Fish popcorn
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 fresh red chillies
- 2 tablespoons Oil to deep fry
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 cup Onion cubes layers separated
- 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
- 2 Spring onions
- to taste Salt

Instructions
- Slice fresh red chillies. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic and saute.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Put the fish popcorns, one by one, and deep fry till golden.
- Add onion cubes to the pan and saute for 2 minutes. Add red chillies and dark soy sauce and mix.
- Drain fish popcorn from the kadai and add to the pan and mix.
- Roughly slice spring onions along with a little stem and add to the pan. Add lemon juice, honey and salt and mix well.
- Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot immediately.
