Dry Fruit Falooda Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup Vermicelli / semiya
- 1 cup Mixed fruits (mango, apple, banana, seedless grapes)
- 3 tablespoon Basil seeds
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon Rooh Afza
- 1 packet strawberry jelly

Instructions
- Add semiya to the boiling water and cook it. Drain the excess water from cooked semiya. Wash the cooked semiya with cold water.
- Wash and soak the basil seeds in water. Refrigerate the basil seeds for 5 minutes.
- Chop the fruits and refrigerate it.
- Prepare jelly as directed in the pack. Once set, crumble the jelly lightly using a fork or spoon.
- Boil milk and sugar for 5 minuets. And refrigerate it for 5 minutes.
- In a tall glass add chopped fruits, cooked semiya, cooled milk, rooh afza, jelly pieces and a spoon of basil seeds.
- Again put some fruit pieces and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Fruit Falooda / Faluda is ready. Enjoy!!!
