Green Tea Marinated Beef Recipe

Ingredients
- 2.5 lb beef roast cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame chilli oil
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- zest & juice of 1 medium lemon
- 2 green tea bags opened
- 1 jalapeño minced, with seeds and veins removed
- 5 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger peeled and grated
- 1 large red onion cut into wedges
- 2 in yellow squash cuthalf and sliced
- 1 in Zucchini cuthalf and sliced
- 7 cherry or grape tomatoes halved
- nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
- Combine beef, soya, chilli oil, sriracha, lemon zest and juice, jalapeno, green tea, garlic and ginger together in a large, resealable plastic bag. Shake thoroughly.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Before grilling, place wooden skewers in cold water for about 20 minutes, to keep them from burning on the grill.
- Thread meat onto skewers- alternating beef cubes with tomatoes, squash, zucchini, and onion.
- Spray grill with nonstick cooking spray- to medium heat.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with hot sauce.
