- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup ghee
- 3 cups gur - grated
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- Salt - to taste ghee for frying

Instructions
- Dissolve the gur in half the milk over low heat and cool.
- Mix the gur (jaggery) in half of the milk in a pan over low heat. Let it cool
- In a bowl add atta, soda and the salt. Mix well.
- Add the ghee to the atta and rub the ghee in. Knead into a dough adding the milk solution. If required, add more molk.
- Roll the dough in round.
- Cook over low heat, spreading ghee all over and around the roti
