High Protein Sweet Potato Recipe

- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of hemp hearts

Instructions
- Wash a sweet potato and bake it whole for about 50 to 60 minutes at 350°F.
- Slice it in half lengthwise and add sliced banana, almond butter, and hemp hearts.
Recipe Notes
You can also use peanut butter instead of almond butter and chia seeds or salted cashews instead of hemp hearts.
