Ingredients
- 7 Quail / Kaada
- Oil for Deep Frying
- 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 spring Curry Leaves
- 2 tablespoon chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon pepper powder
- 2 tablespoon Garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon Rice Flour or Corn Starch

Instructions
- Take all the marination ingrediants except rice flour in a large bowl and mix well to a paste.
- Now add in quail and apply the marination all over the quail.
- Allow this to marinate for atleast 2 hours.
- Now heat up oil for deep frying.
- Sprinkle some rice flour or corn starch over the quail and mix well.
- Drop quail in hot oil and fry till they turn golden brown and completely cooked through.This will take around 10 mins.
- Now remove this from oil.
- Serve this with raw onion rings and lemon wedge.
