Mango Mint Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Ripe mangoes peeled and cut into cubes
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1½ Juice of lemons
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Black salt kala namak
- ice cubes as required
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
- 600 millilitres Drinking soda
- lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions
- Put mango, sugar, lemon juice, roasted cumin seeds, black salt, mint leaves and ice cubes in a blender jar and blend till smooth.
- Take four serving glasses and fill half them with mango mixture. Put a mint sprig into each glass.
- Fill the glasses with drinking soda and mix lightly.
- Arrange a lemon wedge on the rims of each glass and serve chilled.
