Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken, monterey jack cheese, coriander, jalapeno peppers, and cumin.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over tortillas.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly around.
  4. Wrap tightly in a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Just before serving, cut each tortilla roll into ½” slices.
  6. Grease a baking sheet by brushing it with oil and place on a baking tray.
  7. Bake the spirals in 350 degree for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Serve hot with salsa and sour cream.
