Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion small dice
- 1/2 pound ground beef or Italian Sausage casings removed
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 containers of pizza sauce about 28-30 ounces
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil over in a 4 quart sauce pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté until translucent, stirring frequently.
- Add meat to the pan and break into smaller pieces while cooking.
- Once the meat is almost done, add the garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Once the meat is cooked through, reduce the heat to medium low, add the pizza sauce and stir well.
- Then add the cheeses and stir until all the cheese is completely melted.
