Spicy Baked Basa Recipe
If you like fish, basa especially, then a baked basa has to be on the top of your favourite recipes list. Because who doesn’t like the mild taste of this freshwater fish seasoned and baked to flakey perfection, right? Moreover, the best part about this particular member of the marine family is the fact that it blends in perfectly with just about any herb, seasoning, and spice. And speaking of spice, what’s better than a fiery spicy baked basa to delight the palate?
The recipe is easier than it is to fish and can be whipped up in under half an hour! So get those wine glasses (or chilled pints) out for there is piping hot baked fish for dinner!
