Spicy Chicken Legs Recipe
Chicken legs are one of the choicest parts of the chicken. They can be prepared in a variety of ways – popular methods involve boiling them in a curry, steaming them or frying them.
This fried chicken recipe is prepared Indian style with spices and curd. As the legs are fried in only a small amount of oil it remains fairly healthy. Serve these fried chicken legs as an appetiser or with potatoes or chapatis as a main course.

Ingredients
- 5 Chicken legs slit
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic green chili paste
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 3/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 pinch largeturmeric powder
- 3/4 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 pinch largecumin powder
- 1 pinch Garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp tomato chili sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp hung yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients aside from the oil and the chicken legs together.
- Coat the chicken legs with this mixture and allow them to marinade overnight.
- Heat the oil and place the chicken legs and marinade in it.
- Allow the chicken to cook over a high flame for 3-5 minutes, flipping it once.
- Then, lower the flame to medium and cover the pan the chicken is in.
- Allow the chicken to cook for a further ten minutes until all the water evaporates.
- Take the chicken out of the pan and serve!
