Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup green onion minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Ginger minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 2 tbsp coriander chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix all the ingredients aside from the chicken and coriander together.
- Place the chicken in a baking tray.
- Pour the mixture of ingredients over the chicken.
- Bake the chicken for about 45 minutes until it turns golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken into a serving dish and garnish with the chopped coriander.
- Serve!
