- 4 tablespoon Coffee Powder finely powdered
- 3 tablespoon castor sugar caster sugar

Instructions
- Put coffee bean powder, sugar and 1½ cups of water in a cylindrical brass (Turkish) coffee mill.
- Heat the mill, cook for 3-4 minutes or till a thick foam rises to the surface and the mixture bubbles.
- Remove the mill from heat and place it back on heat. Repeat this for 3-4 times. Make sure not to mix the coffee.
- Pour the coffee into 4 shot glasses and serve piping hot.
