Happy Earth Day people! To celebrate this green occasion we’re sharing a health packed smoothie which is vegan. So it’s good for you and non-toxic to the earth as well!

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp avocado
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp probiotic powder
- 4-5 Mint leaves optional

Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together till you get a smooth texture.
- To have a chilled smoothie refrigerate it for some time or drink immediately for the freshest taste.
- Adding a little mint can add freshness to it and if you have some spinach throw in that too for that extra health factor.
