Join All Things Nice for an uber-exclusive four-course sit-down dinner paired with wines from Italy, France, Australia & Amarula paired by Sommelier Nikhil Agarwal at Taj Lands End, Bandra on Thursday, 12th July 2018 at 8.00 pm. Guests are welcomed with GIV Bolla Prosecco Extra Dry D.O.C. NV, Treviso, Italy followed by dinner. The dinner begins with Truffle Salt Edamame with Orange Caviar followed by the first course of Pickled palm heart and radicchio salad with white wine and herb emulsion paired with Maison Albert Bichot Chablis Blanc Domaine Long – Depaquit 2016, Burgandy, France. For the second course, one can opt for either the Spinach and ricotta tortellini with sun-dried tomato and olive pesto or the Pork and apple ravioli with tomato capers paired with Heinrich Pinot Noir 2016, Burgenland, Austria. The third course offers an option between Asparagus pan cake stuffed with corn ragout served with cheese fondue or Pistachio crusted New Zealand lamb rack with creamed polenta, pink peppercorn sauce paired with Chateau De Paranchere Cuvee Raphael 2013, Bordeaux France. The dinner concludes on a sweet note with Lemon pannacotta cake paired with South Africa’s very own Amarula fruit cream.
