Our neighbor Kerala, A.K.A. “God’s own country,” is renowned for serving up some truly scrumptious, South Indian food. The meals are known for their beachy vibes and tropical twists on classic Indian dishes. The “Land of Spices” uses coconut milk in almost all its dishes, along with spices, giving its dishes a newfound depth in flavor and richness.
