Grilled Squid Recipe
Here’s an easy recipe for all the times your palate wanted to indulge in some fancy sea food albeit your mind and body lacking the will power to go through the whole task of preparing an elaborate preparation. This grilled squid – or grilled calamari – is as delicious as it is easy to make. All you need is squid, some seasoning, a pan and some oil and not more than a few minutes in the kitchen. Instructions
- In a serving bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Stir in the garlic and whole oregano sprigs.
- Heat a grill pan over high heat. When hot, add the squid and char each side for 1 minute.
- Remove the squid from the pan and slice crosswise into 1/4-inch rings, including the tendrils.
- Add the squid to the lemon sauce.
- Crack freshly ground pepper over and serve immediately.
