Cafe Felix is back with yet another delicious menu – this time, inspired by Chef Ritwik Sarkar’s travel diaries – and boy, does it look exciting! Chef is kicking off the first chapter of his travel diaries with delicious Kodava and Kerala inspired cuisine, so you’re in for a treat!
Starting start off with some aptly named cocktails like Mango Menon or the Coco Cochin. For appetizers try out the Coorg Pandi Fry to Ularthiathu Chicken Puffs. Mains? Start off with the Fish Moilee or Nadan style Lamb.
The best part is that you’ll be entertained by oodles of travel stories from Chef Ritwik, who loves to talk about his amazing experiences staying at the most humble abodes of Kerala and Coorg, entering their kitchens to learn the authentic recipes handed down to them from their respective moms / families and how he has added his own twist to those dishes to bring out the best of both worlds!
