Ingredients
- 500 g boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 800 g tomatoes diced
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 can black beans 425g, rinsed and drained
- 1 can chicken broth 400g
- 100 g chopped green chilies
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- tsp ½salt
- tsp ¼cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the chicken.
- Transfer the chicken to a slow cooker.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 5-6 hours.
