Asian Slaw With Spicy Thai Vinaigrette

    Ingredients
    
                - 1 cup green cabbage finely shredded
- 3 cups red cabbage finely shredded
- 3 cups nappa cabbage finely shredded
- 1/2 cup green onion sliced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped
- 2 cups carrots shredded
- Salt
- black pepper
        For the vinaigrette    
                - 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp chili-garlic sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp basil chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Mint leaves chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds toasted
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 cup peanut oil

        For the vinaigrette

    Instructions
    
                - Whisk the ingredients for the vinaigrette together.
- Mix the vegetables in a large bowl and add salt and pepper as per taste preferences.
- Pour in the vinaigrette and toss the slaw.
