Delhi Style Papdi Chaat Recipe
A immensely favorite and famous street food from the Capital city, the papdi chaat has an interesting Delhi rendition as well. The variation skips the chickpeas and features a spicy boiled potato mix topped with a tangy whipped yogurt blend.

Ingredients
Potato mixture
- 1 medium boiled, peeled and chopped potato
- salt to taste
- teaspoon ½red chili powder
- teaspoon ¼chaat masala
Yogurt mixture
- cup ¾plain yogurt or curd or dahi
- salt to taste
- teaspoon ¼roasted cumin powder
- teaspoon ¼chaat masala
- teaspoon ½red chili powder
Chutneys
For garnishing
- 1 cup sev
- Few cilantro or coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions
- Take chopped potato in a bowl, add salt, chaat masala and red chili powder. Mix well and keep it aside.
- Now take yogurt in bowl. Add salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and red chili powder. Whisk well till it is smooth and keep this refrigerated as well.
- Arrange 6-7 papdis on a plate.
- Top with potatoes.
- Then add about 2 teaspoons of green chutney on each papdi.
- Drizzle about 2 teaspoons of tamarind-date chutney on each papdi.
- Now top each papsi with about a tablespoon of yogurt mixture.
- Lastly with add some sev.
- Serve immediately.
