The festival is being held at The Pier – Radio club with its iconic view of the Gateway of India and Mumbai harbour. Of course no wine tasting festival is complete without grape stomping and cheese pairings! There will be several grape stomping categories such as couple, group, etc. so everyone gets to experience the feel of making grape juice or wine. The festival offers a collection of the finest artisan and gourmet cheeses made by local dairies in India for tasting and purchase. Gouda, Cheddar, Brie and Emmental are a few among the many that will be available.
Passes are available online on their website. Wristbands will be given at the venue on the presenting these passes. Your photo id is a must to be able to drink wine. Passes are also available at the venue on the days of the festival but at a higher price, so they suggest you buy your passes in advance.
Wines and cheese will be available for purchase at the festival as well. Although you will need a permit to purchase the wine participants will be issued a one day liquor license.
