Ahmedabad Based WIMWI Foods Stacks Up A Fortune, Courtesy CIIE
Last year saw millions of dollars worth of generosity in the foodtech sector and this year too has started off at a rather good note for the sector.
Alumnus Aid
When the corridors of IIM-A were witnessing the crazy placement panic, two students were busy chalking out their own futures. Kanupradeep Subramanian and Srishti Shaw chose the path less taken and set the foundation for WIMWI foods.
Almost a year after it’s launch, their alumnus IIM-A has shown some excellent support in the venture through a recent funding. Ahmedabad based investors Siddharth Jain and Dinesh Bindal too actively participated in this shower of financial aid.
Although the exact amount invested is still unclear, it comes as a pleasant news that IIM-A is taking keen interest in their alumni’s venture.
