Bengaluru, The House Of Commons Has A Challenging Oktoberfest Planned

Up for a challenge? The Oktoberfest is getting into full swing. People are spreading the cheery festival and good vibes all around the city. As a part of festivities, breweries and othe beer hubs have special Oktoberfest menus, events and challenges to give us a reason to step out and go absolutely bonkers. This year, The House of Commons, have one hell of an Oktoberfest planned! 

Even better, they have an ‘Oktoberfest Chellenge’ for the daring and adventurous. If chugging beer and gulping food is your expertise, then this is the challenge for you. Challenge yourself to finish a german burger and gulp down a pitcher of beer in under 3 minutes, and win yourself an amazing deal. 

Apart from the challenge, there are lots of good food from the land of Germany – Frankfurter Brotchen (Hot Dog), Bratkartoffeln und Gemuese mit Wurst und Spiegelei (Braised Herb potatoes and vegetable with Sausages and Fried egg), Hahnchenschnitzel mit Jaegersosse(Classic Chicken Breast Schnitzel with Hunters Sauce served with French fries), Gegrilltes Ingwer-Zitronenhahnchen(Grilled Ginger – Lemon Chicken Breat served with herb rice), Gemuseplatte mit Dips(veg platter with dips), Warme Fleischplatte(Warm meat platter), Wrmer Katoffelsalat mit Gurke und Tomate ( Warm potato, Cucumber and Tomato Salad) and Nudelsalat mit Gartenemuese und Kaese( noodle salad with Garden vegetables and Cheese).
