Bharti Realty Mapping Out New Food Hub In Delhi Aerocity
While Noida is basking in all its mall glory, and Delhi is fighting to make it through without a caved roof, Gurgaon is rapidly advancing towards more and more recreational centers like the expansive DLF CyberHub. Not over a fortnight after real estate magnate announced the launch of their new dining and shopping hub, Horizon Plaza, on Golf Course Road, Bharti Realty has revealed similar proposals in Delhi’s Aerocity area, which is already laden with some of the best International hotels.
A unit of the telecom-to-retail Bharti Group, Bharti Realty is setting up a 50,000 sq. ft. food court called Food Capital, which will house popular restaurant chains and outlets such as Street Foods of India, Subway, Pizza Hut, Bikanerwala, Khan Chacha, WoW Momos, and Old Delhi’s iconic chain Karim’s.

In addition to Food Capital, the company has also allotted a huge space for Epicuria, which is already a popular F&B hotspot in Nehru Place with ritzy eateries like The Chatter House, Flying Sauce Café, Starbucks, Big Wong, and more under its wing. “Epicuria will span over 60,000 sq. ft. of pure F&B and we will be launching phase one very soon,” said a spokesperson for Bharti Realty. “Everyone needs freshness and we will give the city another place to hang out. First you saw Hauz Khas, then Connaught Place and then CyberHub in Gurgaon. Now you will see Aerocity.”
This new leisure spot along the Delhi-Gurgaon border comes under Bharti’s Worldmark, a 1.5 million sq. ft. mixed-use project in the Aerocity hospitality district near Terminal 3 of Delhi International Airport, which consists of malls and office spaces.
Basically, NCR is in for a huge party!
