Baking and Icing Workshop

In this workshop by Roma Jain you will learn how to make the Black Forest, Chocolate Truffle Cake, Glaze Icing on Cake, Photo Cake, Barbie Doll Cake, Choco Lava Cake. Also, you will also learn baking and icing of cupcakes. Learn the various techniques of torting, layering, soaking, filling & frosting. Also, whipping cream techniques and colouring techniques will be taught.

EXOTIC EGG-LESS CAKES WORKSHOP:

In this workshop by Pranamya Kitchen Melody, you will learn to make four different types of cake like Death by Chocolate Cake, Raspberry Filled Mixed Fruit Gateaux, Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and Spiced & Praline Carrot Cake. Also, chocolate decoration with appropriate icing and whipping techniques and ganache technique will be taught.
