At Yauatcha , the dim sum teahouse from London, the Dragon Boat Festival comes alive with traditional dishes curated in a special menu crated by Head Chef Wang Yixuan. From lamb, pork belly, chicken and prawns, along with mouth-watering asparagus filled sticky rice for the vegetarians, the flavours from the dishes were as enchanting and enthralling as the Dragon Boat races held in China during this festival.
