Chennai is a city with so much going on all the time. Whether it’s a festival or if it’s a special food celebration, there’s something happening for sure. It has gone from being a city known for idli and sambar and other delicious South Indian foods to being a city that has so much more to offer every single day. This week sees the beginning of Oktoberfest, which is a beer festival that takes place every year in Munich, Bavaria and Germany and runs from mid-September to the first week of October and is about beer and food. While we’re not in Germany or Munich, Oktoberfest is still happening in Chennai!
