If you feel so too then don’t stop yourself from tucking into a few of them at any outlet of the British Brewing Company in Mumbai. Made from the freshest ingredients, the sizzlers curated by Larry Paul, corporate chef at British Brewing Company are simply marvellous. There’s of course plenty of choice for both vegetarians and meat lovers plus the vibe of a British Brewing Company is simply unmatched. So let’s dig in.

There are delicious vegetarian sizzlers during this festival like Vegetarian Kung Pao Sizzler with mixed vegetables steamed and formed into dumplings, deep fried and tossed in kung kung pao sauce served along with pepper rice and grilled vegetables; Cajun Cottage Cheese Sizzler with grilled Cajun spiced cottage cheese served on bell pepper rice served with grilled vegetables and potato wedges; Oriental Style Cottage Cheese Sizzler that comes with exotic vegetables and cottage cheese shashlik marinated in green oriental spices served with vegetable Hakka noodles and rice crackers.

For those who love their meat and wouldn’t mind some seafood also have plenty of sizzlers to choose from. For the sizzler festival The British Brewing Company is offering Cajun Chicken Sizzler with Cajun spiced chicken served on bell pepper rice with grilled vegetables and potato wedges; Oriental Style Chicken Sizzler that comes loaded with succulent pieces of chicken satay marinated in green oriental spices served with vegetable Hakka noodles and rice crackers and Grilled Prawns Sizzler in Lemon Butter Sauce with grilled jumbo prawns served on a bed of dill flavoured rice accompanied by exotic ratatouille and French fries.
