Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
It’s Deadpool Friday today at Hungryforever as we are getting set to watch the ‘Merc with the mouth’ on the big screen this weekend. We’ve already posted an extensive list on where you can find his favourite Mexican dishes in Bengaluru. Instead of trying to spend time going to a restaurant, why not chill at home with some delicious Chicken enchiladas along with a Deadpool comic to start the weekend off on the right foot?

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 3 diced green chilies
- 300 ml of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups of cooked chicken breast meat cubed
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup of milk

Instructions
- Preheat the over the 175 degrees C.
- Add butter to a frying pan set on medium heat and when the butter melts, add the green onions
- Saute the green onions until they become tender
- Add garlic powder, green chilies, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream and stir well
- Take about 3/4 of this sauce and set it aside
- To the remaining sauce add the chicken pieces and 1/2 of the cheddar cheese and stir
- Add the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll the tortilla up
- Place the tortillas on a greased baking dish
- Add the remaining sauce into a bowl and pour the milk into the bowl
- Add this mixture on top of the tortillas and top it off with the remaining cheddar cheese
- Bake the tortillas in the over for 30-35 minutes
- Remove from the oven and serve hot
