Ingredients
- 11/2 cups Dried Coconut unsweetened
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ½ cup Water
- 3-4 cardamoms powdered

Instructions
- Mix the sugar with the water and dissolve it. Strain all impurities.
- Keep the sugar solution on a low flame and cook it.
- The solution will start to thicken. Continue to cook till you get the one thread consistency in the sugar solution.
- Turn off the flame and add the dried coconut and cardamom powder to the sugar solution.
- Stir and make small balls from the mixture. The mixture should be warm while making the ladoos.
- Serve.

The mixture should be warm while making the ladoos. If it becomes cold, just put it back on a low flame and re-heat.
