Cucumber Chilli Mexican Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups peeled seeded and chopped cucumbers
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup lime juice

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture through a sieve to filter out any seeds or pulp.
- Pour filtered mixture in Popsicle molds.
- Put Popsicle molds into freezer and freeze for four hours.
- After four hours separate Popsicles from molds and enjoy!
