Cut-Up Tuna Comes Alive And Flails About In A Kitchen Tray
In one of the most bizarre kitchen incidents, a yellow-tail tuna was cut up in half, meant to be cooked soon, flailed about for a while in the tray. The astonished videographer, Yutaka Suzuki put it up on his twitter account.
Why this happened you may wonder. This is because the muscle reflexes were still active in the fish and it reacted to salt or probably some other substance it came in contact with. Click below to see it for yourself.
