According to Huffington Post, in 2010 the duo got a small stall on rent at a Polish ice-cream parlour and charged them a huge amount too. The rent equals INR 35,000 and the duo agreed to the terms. They started selling Vada Pavs and Dabeli to begin with and even gave away free ones to make the food popular.
The business began growing and by 15th August 2010 they opened up Shree Krishna Vada Pav at Hounslow Street. Today, they have two branches, one at Hounslow and the other at Harrow. The variety in food has also grown from two dishes to a whopping 60. The new additions include Pav Bhaji, Vada Misal, Bhel Puri, Pani Puri, Samosa, Kachori and so on. On weekends they make Sabudana Khichdi and Poha.
After years of struggle and hard work the annual turnover of Shree Krishna Vada Pav is 5,00,000 pounds which equals to INR 4.4 crore.
