Easy Peasy Pumpkin Tart Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin
- 3 cup ⁄4sugar
- 3 cup ⁄4milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ⁄4nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ⁄8clove
- 30 tart shells or one pie shell

Instructions
- Heat the oven to 375 degree celcius
- Pre bake the tarts for 5 to 10 minutes in the oven. Remove and set aside to cool.
- In a blender all all ingredients and beat at medium until the batter is frothy
- Pour the batter into the tart shells
- Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- The batter should be set but not dry
Recipe Notes
If you are baking a pie, increase bake time to 60 minutes
You can substitute cooked pumpkin with canned pumpkin also
