Exercise

Anthony’s daily workout regime is broken into three parts spread out across morning, afternoon and evening.

Cardiovascular training involving running, sprints, bike work or swimming makes up for his morning routines. This is shadowed by an afternoon-long strength and conditioning session, which is supervised by a specialist.

The last bout, his evening regime, involves sparring overlooked by trainer/manager Tony Sims at his gym in Brentwood. “He’s had a Swedish sparring partner over. He’s had a couple of Americans over. He’s been doing plenty of sparring, for the last six weeks, ” explains Sims.

The athlete’s last sparring session was on Tuesday night and his next will be tonight. Whom are you placing your bets on?
