Get ready to chow down some beautiful dishes with a lot of Peruvian influence coming from Chef Paul who has learnt from the best in the culinary world – Philip Corrick (RAC Club), Herbert Berger (1 Lombard St), David Cavalier (Charlton House) and Lloyd Mann (Sodexho). He has worked for fine dining restaurants, has made Michelin star cuisine and was responsible for high-end banquets such as guildhall and RAC. Needless to say, we have a sumptuous experience ahead of us.
The Nikkei cuisine menu at KOKO boasts of mouth-watering delicacies like Prawn Tempura Maki, Aji Padron Salsa; Blue Fin Akami Huacatay Nigiri; Hamachi Ceviche, Sweet Potato, Truffle Tiger Milk; Avocado Yuzu Crisp; Padron Peppers, Daikon, Aji Miso; Lobster tacos and Milk Chocolate Espuma, Salted Caramel, Spiced Crumble.
