Who? What?

Set up is in the form of a casual sushi counter, the place prides itself with a menu that serves up a choice of non-vegetarian and vegetarian sashimi, rolls and appetizers picked out and designed by Chef Yutaka Saito along with Executive Chef Mayank Tiwari. Speaking about the new venture Chef Yutaka Saito said, “I am excited about this concept that is designed both for the PVR Director’s Cut movie goers as well as the general public.”

Take Your Sushi For A Movie

The concept behind Simply Sushi is to offer a top-notch and impeccable selection of sushi outside of fancy diners and 5 stars. “With Simply Sushi, we aim to demonstrate that good quality Japanese food can also be popular and enjoyed in casual settings, not necessarily in a five star hotel”, Chef Saito adds.

Having placed itself strategically between PVR Director’s Cut and Mistral, Simply Sushi targets the movie lover with a taste for authentic sushi and Japanese quick bites. With a provision of getting your sushi delivered inside the theatre in bento boxes, Simply Sushi takes movie munchies to a whole new level.California Rolls
