The specially curated menu by the talented chefs at BAR BAR, features an assortment of 10 poutine dishes as a side or a main that goes really well with your favourite pint on the side. Poutines have long been Canada’s comfort food and are said to be “the perfect thing after a night of drinking”.

With this festival, the chefs at BAR BAR have given this historical dish a complete makeover. Taking the humble potato and highlighting it in all its glory from wedges to mash and ‘Salli’ to fries, this festival has something for everyone. Some of the stellar highlights of this festival are the Chaat Poutine (potato dices, sprouts, chilli cheese sauce, green chillies and tamarind sauce), Oink Oink Poutine (shoestring fries, bacon bits, ham, pork sausages & belly), Korean Kimchi Poutine (potato wedges, gochujang chilli cheese sauce and fried sesame noodles) and Mac N Cheese Poutine (potato smiles, aged cheddar cheese, parsley and jalapenos).
