- 4 Hibiscus flowers
- 2 teaspoons Tea leaves
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 lemon

Instructions
- Heat two cups of water in a non-stick pan. Remove the stem of hibiscus flower and add to the boiling water.
- Slice the lemon and squeeze juice of half the slices into the boiling water. Add tea leaves and brew it for two minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the mixture. Keep it in the refrigerator to cool.
- To serve put four to five ice cubes in each of four tall glasses, pour the hibiscus tea equally in each glass, garnish with the remaining lemon slices.
