Indian Accent, New Delhi Makes It To The Top Of Yet Another List

After topping TripAdvisor’s list of of the world’s best eating spots as picked and recommended by travellers, New Delhi’s Indian Accent has grabbed the number one spot at yet another highly coveted restaurant list by Condé Nast Traveller.

The list, which features the top 10 restaurants in India, has placed Chef Manish Mehrotra’s hub of contemporary Indian molecular gastronomy at the very top. The restaurant stands for all that is new yet stays rooted to traditional Indian aesthetics with its top-notch food, matchless ambience, and breathtaking plating and presentation.

According to Condé Nast Traveller, Indian Accent, which recently step foot in England with an outlet in Mayfair, London, is unique for its “Himalayan raw and fine element” and Chef Mehrotra’s practice of using “fresh, seasonal and local produce wherever possible”.

However, it’s not just Chef Mehrotra’s baby that has done the Capital proud. The list features three more restaurants from Delhi, namely, Bukhara (ITC Maurya), Artusi Ristorante e Bar, and The Spice Route (The Imperial).

Other restaurants on the list feature names from Mumbai and Goa. Here’s Condé Nast’s complete list, just in case you wan to try out the best of your town.
