Mango Falooda Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon sabja seeds/sweet basil seeds
- 3 tablespoon falooda sev
- 3-4 tablespoon rose syrup
- 2 medium mangoes blended to a smooth puree
- 2.5 cups chilled milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped dry fruits
- 3-4 scoops of mango or vanilla ice cream
- 1 in medium sized mango peeled and choppedsmall cubes

Instructions
- add 2 teaspoon of the sabja seeds into a glass of water and let them soak for about 30 minutes, then strain and keep aside.
- cook the falooda sev in water, following the instructions on your pack or till they are fully cooked. strain and keep aside to cool
in your serving glass
- add the rose syrup
- then the sabja seeds
- add 3 teaspoons of the falooda sev
- and 3 tablespoons of the mango puree
- then add ⅓ glass of milk
- repeat these layers till you reach the top
- top off with the sliced mangoes.
Recipe Notes
You can even add a scoop of ice cream before you add the mango pieces!
