All you need to know about Gluten Free Diets

“Gluten” is a protein composite that’s found in wheat, barley and rye. Diets that avoid Gluten are simply Gluten-free diets. Gluten could be found in many other foods like soup mixes, sauces and seasonings, cookies and crackers, french fries and candies. Gluten-free diets may be prescribed by doctors or sometimes followed by choice.
