Banana Sheera Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted semolina/suji/rava
- 2-3 bananas chopped
- 8-10 almonds or cashews chopped or sliced
- 10-12 raisins
- 2-3 cardamoms powdered
- 3 tbsp oil or ghee
- 5-6 tbsp sugar add as required
- pinch aof Saffron crushed
- 21/2 cups hot water or hot milk

Instructions
- Place a pan over medium heat and add oil.
- Once the oil is slight heated, add the pre roasted semolina and stir fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Once the semolina starts getting fragrant add the chopped bananas and stir.
- Now, add the hot water or milk and dry fruits. Stir Well.
- You can now add the sugar and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the saffron. Stir and then let simmer for 2 or 3 minuts.
- Your banana sheera is now ready to be served.
Recipe Notes
The dry fruits can be roasted in oil or ghee before adding to sheera.
If you're using fresh semolina which has not been roasted already then stir the semolina in heated ghee or oil for 10 minutes or more on a low flame till the semolina changes color
