Battered Fried Fish Recipe
Beer battered fish is a Continental classic. White fish fillets are dipped into a simple batter and then golden fried to perfection.
These fish fillets taste great as a snack on a rainy day or can be served with fries and coleslaw for a lunch or dinner.
To add an Indian twist to this recipe, add chili powder as per taste to the batter and serve the fish with chutney. Try these chutney recipes!
