Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon Buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 pieces Boneless Chicken
For Batter
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 tablespoon Beer
- 3 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 tablespoon Refined Flour
For Tartar Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Gherkins
- 1 teaspoon Green Olives
- 1/2 teaspoon Parsley to garnish
- 1 teaspoon Shallots
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions
- Clean the chicken, cut it into strips and marinate in buttermilk and salt for about an hour.
- Mix all the sauce’s ingredients to make the tartar sauce. Keep it aside.
- Mix all the batter ingredients and keep it ready. Please make sure the batter is not too runny.
- Dip the chicken in the batter and fry till golden brown. Serve hot with tartar sauce.
